You continue to operate under your own brand and own your client relationships. Ansius acts as your back-end engine to ensure every decision you make is faster, more consistent, and backed by deep evaluation.

The Model:

- We are not looking for regular recruiters; we are looking for partners.

- No Subscription Fee: Selected partners receive full access to the Ansius platform (standard cost: $2,000/month) at no cost.

- Shared Success: In return, Ansius receives a small share of the placement fee only when you successfully close a role.

- Full Autonomy: You keep your clients, your brand, and your existing commercial agreements.

How You Will Scale:

- You will use the Ansius evaluation engine to move past the limits of manual screening and keyword matching.

- Identify the Hidden 30%: Our engine detects indirect evidence and transferable skills that legacy systems and fatigued recruiters miss.

- Radical Transparency: Give your candidates and clients a Matching Analysis that explains exactly why someone is a fit.

- Eliminate Administrative Debt: Automated formatting, structured reporting, and intelligent sequencing are handled by the platform.
