Job Summary:

The Recruitment Transformation & Operations POC plays a pivotal role in driving recruitment innovation, operational excellence, and compliance adherence across regions. This role combines strategic transformation expertise with operational leadership to ensure recruitment processes align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices. The individual will lead transformation initiatives, manage process optimization, and ensure data-driven decision-making for recruitment performance.

Recruitment Transformation

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance talent acquisition processes and outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize recruitment workflows, tools, and technologies, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in recruitment practices.
  • Drive adoption of data analytics and reporting to improve recruitment performance.
  • Align recruitment strategies with business objectives and workforce planning needs.

  • Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, including sourcing, background checks, mobility, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards across regions.
  • Maintain audit readiness and adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
  • Partner with external agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.

  • Project Management

  • Establish and manage Project Management Office (PMO) for recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for recruitment-related projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project status, milestones, and achievements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with senior management to understand organizational hiring needs and build recruitment strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement programs to evolve processes and align with long-term goals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding.
  • Expertise in Recruiting & Talent Strategy, Project Management, and Compliance & Transformation.
  • Proficiency in tools like Workday, Recruitment Analytics, and PMO frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of process design, estimation & planning, and agency/vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
