Role: Recruitment Consultant – IT & Non-IT Recruitment

Location: World Trade Center, Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000/month (Negotiable based on experience & skill set)

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Recruitment / Staffing

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure.

60% IT Recruitment – sourcing candidates across various technology roles.

40% Non-IT Recruitment – covering business, engineering, finance, sales, and other functions.

Develop and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing channels.

Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.

Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience.

Strong experience in IT recruitment is essential.

Exposure to Non-IT / corporate recruitment is preferred.

Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.

Arabic & English language proficiency is required.

Target-oriented, proactive, and client-focused approach.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
