Our contract book has grown 375% already this year, we're on track to hit our 2026 targets, and we're still a small team of 3 - meaning the next person joining has a genuine opportunity to make a big impact.

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Dubai office and help us continue building our Technology Contract division across the GCC reigon.

This isn't about inheriting a desk and maintaining it. It's a chance to build your own market, grow a contractor book and be part of a Dubai office that is still early enough for your impact to really matter.

What you'll be doing

• Building client relationships across GCC
• Generating new business through calls, meetings, LinkedIn and referrals
• Growing a contractor book within a high-growth region
• Sourcing specialist technology contractors
• Managing client and candidate conversations
• Negotiating terms, managing offers and closing deals

Who we're looking for

• Previous recruitment experience in any sector
• Comfortable in a 360 role
• Commercially driven and confident with business development
• Someone who wants to build a market, not just manage one
• Motivated by money, progression and long-term opportunity
