Recruitment Consultant

ManpowerGroup Middle East is expanding, and we're growing our team based in Egypt. We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support our Banking & Finance recruitment delivery for the UAE market. This is a fully hybrid role, offering flexibility while working closely with UAE clients and candidates.

What You'll Do

• Manage the delivery recruitment life cycle across mid- to senior-level roles in our Banking & Finance desk
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist high-quality candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Drive performance KPIs while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Banking & Finance sector
• Proven success in a delivery-focused recruitment agency environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and sourcing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Must be based in Egypt, as we expand our Egypt-based delivery team
• Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote setup supporting UAE operations
