Recruitment Consultant (Technology and AI)

We are a leading recruitment agency established in Dubai for 16 years, specializing in Digital, Tech, AI and Luxury Retail hiring across the MENA region. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic, high-performing team.

You will play a key role in expanding recruitment efforts, managing the full 360° recruitment cycle while connecting top-tier talent with the right opportunities.

The role requires a strong work ethic, high integrity, and the ability to build rapport quickly with new clients while maintaining and growing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent roles across Digital, Tech, AI and Luxury Retail
• Source, headhunt, and engage passive candidates across local, regional, and international markets — from junior to senior leadership levels.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates through consistent business development and relationship management.
• Effectively match talent to opportunities by understanding both candidate motivations and client requirements.
• Achieve and exceed individual targets and KPIs within a performance-driven environment.
• Stay informed on market trends, industry insights, and hiring activity across the MENA region.

Requirements:

• Previous experience or internship in sales, recruitment, or a service-oriented role.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
• A collaborative team player with a professional and positive attitude.
