We're hiring a Recruitment Delivery Consultant who's learned the job in an agency environment (this is a must not in-house only). If you thrive on ownership, urgency, and doing the right thing when nobody's watching, you'll fit in.
What you'll be doing (the role)
You'll own delivery across live roles and keep the engine running end-to-end:
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle: role briefing sourcing screening shortlisting interview coordination offer support close
- Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, headhunting)
- Conduct structured candidate interviews, assess fit, and present shortlists with clear rationale
- Maintain excellent candidate care: updates, feedback loops, expectation setting, and relationship management
- Support leadership with client management, consultation, and lead generation activity (as needed)
- Produce market maps and talent insights to support searches and client conversations
- Create client-facing materials when required (e.g., RFP/RFQ-style presentations, role summaries, shortlist packs)
- Support with terms of business processes and documentation where required
- Keep CRM/ATS records accurate, track activity, and manage priorities across multiple roles
- Collaborate closely with the team to unblock searches, share intel, and keep delivery standards high
Non-negotiables
- Agency recruitment experience is mandatory (delivery/180/360 but you must have agency-side exposure)
- You must be in Dubai for January 2026, or February 2026 at the latest
- Human-centric approach: empathy, resilience, integrity, and strong communication
