The Recruitment Executive will oversee the recruitment lifecycle for various clients within the general industry. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage daily recruitment tasks, ensure a seamless hiring process, and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and client interactions in the recruitment database.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to clients regarding their recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for future positions.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent in the general industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, adapting recruitment strategies as necessary.
- Assist in developing and improving recruitment processes and best practices.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience within a recruitment/staffing agency for general positions.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of the UAE labor market and local employment laws.
