About the Role
We are looking for a smart and agile Recruiting Partner to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and support new hire onboarding. The ideal candidate has a background as an Account Manager in a recruitment agency or as an in-house recruiter, with preference given to those who have experience in the same industry.
You should be able to quickly understand business needs, be familiar with the local talent market in Egypt especially competitor dynamics, and drive talent acquisition in an efficient and professional manner. Fluency in English is a must.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Needs Alignment and Sourcing Channel Management
2. End-to-End Recruitment Execution
3. Candidate Experience and Feedback Collection
4. Interview Records and Documentation
5. Onboarding, Leveling, and Documentation Filing
6. Competitor Research and Market Insights
Monthly Reports
The following must be compiled and submitted each month:
- Funnel data for each open position
- All Candidate Interview Feedback Forms, with key comments highlighted
- Organized electronic folders for all newly hired employees
- Egypt Competitor Research and Market Report
Qualifications and Requirements
- Language: Must be proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Personal Traits: Smart, agile, fast learner, able to quickly grasp business needs and role requirements
- Experience: Background as an Account Manager in a recruitment agency or as an in-house recruiter; HR experience at competitor companies is a strong plus
- Core Competencies:
- Familiar with local recruitment channels and talent market in Egypt
- Strong communication, coordination, and stress management skills
- Detail-oriented, capable of efficiently handling onboarding documentation
- Sensitive to market trends, able to independently produce competitor research reports
