About The Team
You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and deconstruct business strategies, design supply chain systems and analytical models, drive strategy implementation, ensure goal alignment, and achieve sustainable growth.
- Client Development & Retention: Identify key account (KA) needs, tailor solutions, leverage resources to address pain points, enhance client loyalty and satisfaction, and drive sales growth and brand elevation.
- Team Leadership & Empowerment: Build high-performing sales teams, design incentive structures, enhance skills through training and career development, and ensure team effectiveness and goal attainment.
- Process Optimization & Risk Management: Diagnose process bottlenecks, implement standardized workflows, mitigate project risks, and boost supply chain efficiency and agility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Resource Integration: Coordinate internal/external resources, foster cross-departmental synergy, streamline multi-stage workflows, and ensure key project delivery and business success.
