Recruitment Manager Real Estate

We are hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across our Dubai real estate operations. This is a full-time, on-site role suited to someone with proven UAE real estate recruitment or real estate sales experience and a strong understanding of local hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs

Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across multiple departments

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and hiring goals

Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws

Enhance employer branding through networking and candidate engagement

Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate sector Sales or Recruitment position

Strong experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment strategy, and talent acquisition or sales

Knowledge of employer branding, networking, and relationship building

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously

Based in the UAE
