Recruitment Manager
Department: Human Resources
Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
Reports to: Cluster General Manager
About the Role
A leading and well-established international hospitality group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead its talent acquisition activities and support the organization in attracting and hiring high-caliber talent across its operations.
The role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong hospitality or service-industry exposure, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business requirements and workforce plans.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition and sourcing through interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads and senior management to understand workforce requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, recruitment events, and other relevant channels.
- Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract qualified candidates for both operational and managerial positions.
Candidate Management & Selection
- Review and screen CVs and applications against role requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, competencies, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure an efficient and professional interview process.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment journey, including scheduling, follow-ups, feedback, offers, and rejections.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
- Conduct and coordinate appropriate reference and background checks prior to final hiring approval.
- Support successful candidates throughout the pre-employment and onboarding process.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with department heads, hiring managers, HR teams, and senior management to ensure recruitment priorities are clearly understood and delivered.
- Advise hiring managers on candidate availability, market conditions, sourcing strategies, and recruitment challenges.
- Support manpower planning by ensuring recruitment requests are aligned with approved budgets and departmental staffing requirements.
Recruitment Operations & Systems
- Manage job requisitions, postings, candidate pipelines, and recruitment status through the organization's recruitment platform.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Ensure recruitment paperwork, correspondence, approvals, and employee documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment legislation, company policies, and internal procedures.
Recruitment Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, including hiring progress, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, candidate pipelines, and recruitment costs.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide meaningful insights to HR and senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
- Monitor recruitment expenses and ensure activities remain within the approved recruitment budget.
- Leverage employee feedback and exit interview insights, where relevant, to support proactive talent attraction and retention initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, tourism, retail, FMCG, or other service-oriented industries.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and recruitment events.
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, employment regulations, and candidate experience principles.
- Experience using ATS/recruitment platforms and recruitment analytics.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
