About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market knowledge, experience managing recruiters, and the ability to hire top talent quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and manage a team of recruiters
- Develop hiring strategies aligned with UAE labor law and manpower plans
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for all departments
- Drive Emiratization and build strong local/international talent pipelines
- Oversee onboarding, visa processes, and coordination with PRO/HR
- Manage ATS data, track recruitment metrics, and report KPIs
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including managerial/supervisory roles
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visa procedures, and onboarding
- Expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and using recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience hiring for multicultural teams
