We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle and support workforce planning initiatives to attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management).
- Draft and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Support hiring managers in candidate evaluation and selection.
- Prepare employment offers and coordinate onboarding documentation.
Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Participate in job fairs and career events when required.
Coordination & Compliance
- Act as a focal point between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements (medical checks, background verification, documentation).
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and local labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience in the construction scope.
