This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Operations Specialist in for Reza Group, based in our Headquarter office in Jeddah, with flexibility for remote work and high travel frequency across GCC.

As a Recruitment Operation Specialist you will be responsible for Reza Group full-cycle recruiting, by managing and leading all recruitment activities across GCC while ensuring pro-active plans are in place to support the manufacturing operation and each division ad business strategy.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical manufacturing roles.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and timely documentation of all recruiting activities.
  • Keep up on industry trends, Labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts to attract talent, including participation in recruitment marketing activities and career fairs.
  • Use creative sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with Labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.

As an Applicant, you are expected to bring:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of high-volume recruiting experience in fast-paced environment at manufacturing, FMCG industries.
  • Solid experience in managing projects across regions and GCC countries. i.e. (Western, Eastern, Southern, Northern and Central region) ; (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, LinkedIn Recruiter and HITS HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Arabic (excellent written and verbal skills), a national applicant is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Integrity, passion, resilient & desire for customer building and understanding
