As we continue to scale internationally, we are looking to add a commercially confident, growth-led 360 recruiter who can build and expand a desk within those core sectors.

The Role

This is a true 360 position suited to a commercially driven, entrepreneurial recruiter who enjoys winning new business and delivering assignments end-to-end.

You will be responsible for:

• Opening new client relationships across fashion, retail, packaging and e-commerce
• Expanding and deepening existing accounts
• Increasing share of wallet and broadening role coverage
• Converting suitable work into retained or exclusive assignments
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from first conversation through to placement
• Building and scaling a sustainable, profitable desk

You will operate within a structured, high-performance environment supported by modern systems and bespoke AI-enabled workflows, allowing you to focus on revenue generation and commercial impact rather than administration.

This role plays a key part in supporting Fynde's continued global expansion and includes frequent global international travel to develop client relationships and support mandates where required.

What We're Looking For

You will typically have 5+ years recruitment experience with a proven billing track record (ideally 200k+ annual billings).

Experience within fashion, retail, packaging, or e-commerce is strongly preferred. High-performing 360 recruiters from adjacent sectors with credible client access are also encouraged to apply.
