Job Description

We're looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, we'll be focusing on expanding our client base and developing new business opportunities within the recruitment and manpower sector. The role is strongly growth-oriented and involves working with international clients across different industries.

Main responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities in recruitment and manpower services, building and maintaining long-term relationships with international clients, promoting large-scale and bulk recruitment solutions, negotiating contracts and successfully closing deals with mid-sized and large organizations, and working closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. I'll also be responsible for tracking sales activities and client communications using CRM tools, as well as staying updated on market trends and global manpower needs.

To be successful in this role, I should have at least two years of experience in business development or sales within non-IT recruitment or manpower services, with a proven ability to sell recruitment solutions. Experience in bulk recruitment is a strong plus, along with exposure to international recruitment or manpower companies. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential. I should be confident in negotiation, relationship management, and working independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is also required.
