Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
