Role Description

End-to-End Recruitment

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout.

• Manage bulk hiring for front-line associates and targeted recruitment for support roles.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews (telephonic/video/in-person), and evaluate candidates.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and urgency levels.

• Share timely updates on pipeline status, interview feedback, and closures.

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

• Leverage multiple sourcing channels: job boards, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins.

• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring BPO roles.

• Maintain an active talent pool for future needs.

Interview Management

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and panelists.

• Ensure smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

• Follow up with candidates at every stage to minimize no-shows and drop-offs.

Offer & Onboarding Support

• Conduct salary discussions, negotiate offers. Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, and candidate records.

• Ensure hiring is compliant with internal policies and audit standards. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO/ITES industry.

• Strong experience in bulk hiring and voice/non-voice processes.

• Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, indeed, ATS platforms).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
