Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR & Recruitment Specialist to manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source top talent, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for identifying potential, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with department managers to proactively identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Job Marketing: Draft, edit, and publish engaging job descriptions across various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Talent Sourcing: Source potential candidates actively using databases, LinkedIn, and targeted networking events.
  • Application Review: Screen incoming resumes, cover letters, and application forms to filter unqualified candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screening calls and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule technical or in-person interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and update candidate profiles within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate background checks and reference verifications.
  • Network Building: Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist, or a similar role in HR.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strategies and social media recruiting.
  • Compliance: Familiarity with current labor legislation and fair hiring practices.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, interviewing, and candidate assessment abilities.
