Role Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and competencies.
- Use various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting).
- Build strong relationships with universities, training centers, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Ensure job postings reflect the company's brand
- Prepare regular reports
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience 1 to 3 years
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the outsourcing industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
