Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Recruitment Specialist at Groovy Aesthetic Clinics, based in Heliopolis. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing qualified candidates to onboarding new team members. Responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, crafting job descriptions, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure talent acquisition aligns with company goals. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will assist in employee training initiatives to foster growth and enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes to identify and attract top talent
• Strong experience in Interviewing techniques and strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively
• Ability to develop and implement Training programs to support employee development
• Detail-oriented mindset with organizational and time-management skills
• Understanding of recruitment software and tools is a plus
• Previous experience with HR practices or certifications in related fields is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in HR or business filed
