Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Recruitment Execution:
- Client & Candidate Management:
- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess suitability before submission.
- Maintain a pipeline of ready-to-hire talent for future roles.
- Work on multiple roles across Health Care, Hospitality, Real Estate, Construction, and Engineering sectors.
- Ensure quick turnarounds in CV submissions and interview coordination.
- Assist in salary negotiations and offer finalization.
- Understand client requirements and ensure quality candidate matches.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong Sourcing Skills: Ability to find candidates quickly via job portals and LinkedIn.
- Target-Driven Approach: Must be comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
- Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with ATS or CRM tools is a plus.
