Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist. The role is located in 10th of Ramadan. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, posting job openings, conducting background checks, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will assist in developing recruitment strategies and maintaining candidate databases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
