Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt.

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. The specialist will collaborate with department managers to determine hiring needs, and develop recruitment strategies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining effective communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
