This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will handle responsibilities such as sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role includes conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, managing the onboarding process, and facilitating new hire training. The specialist will also work collaboratively with team members to ensure the organization's workforce aligns with its strategic goals.

• Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing candidates with a strong ability to attract and assess top talent
• Proficiency in conducting Training sessions and onboarding processes for new team members
• Strong Communication skills for effectively engaging with candidates, team members, and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR tools is a plus
