Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role for The Above Agent Team based in Cairo. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet organizational hiring needs. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. The role also involves ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.

* Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

* Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements.

* Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).

* 1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
