Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Cairo. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee and manage the entire hiring process, including developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, implementing effective recruitment techniques, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will also conduct training sessions to support the development and growth of new hires.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes,strong blue collar ( couriers, drivers ), shipping industry is A MUST .
  • Effective Communication skills for engaging with candidates and coordinating with teams
  • Proficiency in Training and developing new employees
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
