GoIELTS is building an AI-powered education platform, and we're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who actually runs technical hiring - not just coordinates it.
This role is for someone who has hands-on experience recruiting for software or SaaS companies, understands technical roles deeply, and knows how to move fast without compromising quality.
What you'll do- Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles (Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, DevOps, Product).
- Actively source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn (not only inbound applicants).
- Write and optimize job posts that attract the right talent.
- Screen candidates with a strong understanding of technical requirements.
- Manage hiring pipelines, timelines, and candidate communication.
- Work closely with founders and tech leads to define hiring needs clearly.
What we're looking for- Proven experience recruiting for Software / SaaS companies (mandatory).
- Strong background in technical recruitment, not general hiring.
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and outbound headhunting.
- Clear understanding of tech stacks and engineering roles.
- Ability to work independently and own the hiring process end-to-end.
- Comfortable working remotely with a fast-moving startup team.
Nice to have- Experience hiring in startups or early-stage products.
- Data-driven approach to hiring (time-to-hire, sourcing performance, quality of hire).
