Hiring a Recruitment Specialist for one of our prestigious clients in Abu Dhabi.
Job Type : 3 months Contract
Solid minimum 5 years experience in Recruitment of Aviation, Technical, Operational, Engineering and other senior professional staff.
Required Skills- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic an advantage
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
