We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Looking for candidates with work experience in HR Staffing & Recruitment companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for various roles including Blue Collars and White Collars.
- Work together with hiring managers to produce suitable job descriptions and postings.
- Work on various sourcing methods: job boards, social media, networking events, referrals.
- Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and support onboarding.
- Maintain ATS records and provide recruitment updates to management.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2-3 years recruitment or staffing experience only and not HR.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
