Job Summary:

We are looking for a Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience, preferably handling the GCC or Malaysia market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage the recruitment process independently in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions across the GCC or Malaysia market.

* Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.

* Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.

* Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

* Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and internal teams.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.

* Negotiate and discuss offers with selected candidates where required.

* Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against client requirements.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently required positions.

* Stay updated on recruitment trends, salary expectations, and talent availability within the GCC/Malaysia market.

* Achieve assigned recruitment targets and turnaround times.

Requirements:

* 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience.

* Experience recruiting for the GCC market or Malaysia market is preferred; experience in either market is acceptable.

* Experience in IT recruitment/staffing will be an advantage.

* Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.

* Good understanding of candidate screening and recruitment processes.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

* Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

* Comfortable working in a WFH/remote environment.
