AllCare.ai is an AI-powered healthcare delivery platform that acts as the easy button for Assisted Living operators. We combine advanced artificial intelligence with compassionate onsite care to solve the logistical chaos of senior living. Instead of operators struggling to coordinate appointments and transport, our technology and field teams bring the entire clinic directly to the resident's doorstep. We don't just coordinate care we deliver care.

The Growth

We are in a phase of exponential expansion driven by urgent market demand. Today, we support care delivery for 5,000 residents, and we have been doubling our resident base every 3 months.

Role Overview

AllCare.ai is seeking a relationship-driven Referral Network Specialist to join our Cairo-based team.

In this role, you will own the day-to-day engagement and coordination with labs, diagnostics providers, and referral partners across the U.S. You'll focus on building relationships, onboarding new partners, maintaining an active partner pipeline, and ensuring smooth collaboration with internal scheduling and operations teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, is highly organized, and enjoys balancing outreach, follow-up, and operational execution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach and follow-ups to build and strengthen relationships with labs, diagnostics providers, and referral partners.
  • Onboard new partners by documenting coverage areas, services offered, capacity, turnaround times, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain a clear and up-to-date view of the referral network, including which partners are active, responsive, paused, or accepting patients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining strong ongoing relationships.
  • Track all outreach, communications, and partner details accurately in CRM systems and internal trackers.
  • Collaborate closely with scheduling and operations teams to align partner availability with patient demand.
  • Identify recurring issues or gaps in partner workflows and contribute to improvements in onboarding, documentation, and follow-up processes.

Requirements

Qualifications


  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence interacting with U.S.-based partners.
  • Experience in client-facing, partnerships, operations, or relationship-driven roles.
  • Strong follow-up habits and ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, partner trackers, or workflow tools.
  • Comfortable working across time zones with U.S.-based teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, labs, or clinical operations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare workflows and HIPAA standards (preferred).
