Responsibilities
The MENAT operation team is looking for a strategic and execution-driven Regional Agency Strategy & Operations professional to lead the development and management of the TikTok LIVE agency ecosystem in a designated region. This role requires a deep understanding of the live streaming industry and agency ecosystem. Through data analysis, strategy design, and operational execution, you will continuously enhance the number, quality, and overall health of regional agencies, driving sustainable growth for the platform's LIVE business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Agency Ecosystem Strategy Development. Develop and implement regional TikTok LIVE agency growth strategies, including agency recruitment, growth pathway design, and ecosystem structure optimization. Design differentiated agency development models and operational strategies based on regional market characteristics. Regularly evaluate the agency ecosystem structure to identify key growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Agency Growth & Quality Enhancement. Drive the recruitment and incubation of high-quality agencies to increase both the number and quality of agencies in the region. Design and implement agency growth frameworks, including agency tiering systems, incentive mechanisms, and capability-building programs. Support high-potential agencies to scale quickly and establish benchmark agency success cases.
- Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization. Establish a regional agency data monitoring system, tracking key metrics such as creator activity, revenue performance, and growth rate. Identify operational challenges and growth opportunities through data analysis, and continuously optimize strategies. Produce strategy reports to support regional business decision-making.
- Operational Programs & Campaign Design. Design and execute regional agency operational programs, such as creator growth initiatives, agency competitions, and incentive programs. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the effective execution of key initiatives and evaluate program performance. Continuously improve agency operation tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration. Work closely with regional operations, product, data, and policy teams. Drive product capabilities and platform strategies to better support the development of the agency ecosystem. Translate frontline operational insights into actionable platform strategies and product improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in internet operations, strategy, or ecosystem management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in TikTok agency operations or agency strategy is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the Middle East, Africa, or other emerging internet markets is a strong plus.
