Role Overview
The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, and supporting commercial growth across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead brand positioning, communication, and campaign execution across markets
- Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to support growth initiatives
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective execution
- Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Regional marketing exposure within the Middle East is highly preferred
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
