What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end B2B sales (prospecting → closure)
- Drive new business & meet revenue targets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Engage with CXOs and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with pre-sales & product teams
Who Should Apply (Must-Have)
- 5–10 years in B2B sales (SaaS / HR Tech / ERP preferred)
- Proven track record in mid-to-enterprise deal closures
- Strong consultative selling & negotiation skills
- Experience with long sales cycles
- Based in / open to relocate to Abu Dhabi
Good to Have: Arabic speaking
