Senior Manager – Business Solutions | Sovereign Wealth Fund | Abu Dhabi (UAE National Only)

GRG is partnering with a leading sovereign wealth fund to appoint a Senior Manager – Business Solutions. This is not a support function. This is a leadership role sitting at the intersection of business and technology, driving how a highly influential institution operates, scales, and modernises.

You will lead enterprise-wide digital transformation, shaping how systems, data, and automation support investment and corporate decision-making at the highest level. This is a high-visibility role, reporting directly into the CTO, with full ownership over business solutions strategy and execution.

What we are looking for

Given the level and exposure, only candidates who meet all criteria will be considered:

• UAE National with family book, based in Abu Dhabi
• 10–15 years experience across business systems, enterprise applications, or digital transformation
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing enterprise-wide solutions
• Proven track record translating business needs into scalable, secure technology platforms
• Strong exposure to ERP (SAP/Oracle), automation, AI, and enterprise architecture environments
