About The Role

Position Objective

To position Finance as a strategic value-adding business partner by actively influencing commercial and operational decision-making. Lead profit forecasting and financial planning processes, ensure accurate allocation of income and expenditure, and oversee the full procure-to-pay cycle including creditor management.

Drive financial governance, internal controls, and compliance while establishing and maintaining robust financial support services for property management operations. Provide strategic financial insight to enhance profitability, optimize cost structures, and support sustainable growth within the Centre.

Decision-Making Authority

Operate within approved budget frameworks while exercising independent financial judgment. Provide financial recommendations to senior management and influence strategic decisions impacting profitability, cash flow, and investment performance.

What You Will Be Doing

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and Management Packs.
  • Conduct budget variance analysis and forecasting.
  • Produce operational and leasing reports.
  • Support annual budget preparation and approval.

Financial Control & Business Partnering

  • Oversee Creditors and Debtors functions.
  • Validate income, expenditure, and disbursements.
  • Monitor budget performance and control costs.
  • Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.

Lease & Operational Oversight

  • Manage lease documentation and compliance.
  • Prepare leasing reports and tenancy schedules.
  • Support audit processes and implement recommendations.

Administration & Controls

  • Manage financial adjustments and petty cash.
  • Maintain audit readiness and policy compliance.

What you will bring

Experience / Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in financial management.
  • At least 3 years in a Financial Controller or middle finance leadership role.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Regional / multi-country finance exposure is a strong advantage.
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) is considered an added advantage.
