Role OverviewThe Regional HSE Lead is responsible for supervising, managing, and ensuring successful delivery of HSE operations projects, including both long-term consultancy contracts and fast-track safety assignments across the region. This role is client-facing, project-focused, and directly accountable for operational performance and delivery quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesHSE Project Management- Lead and manage the execution of HSE operations projects across multiple industries.
- Supervise HSE Advisors and Engineers on-site and ensure compliance with project plans and standards.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and KPIs for both long-term and fast-track projects.
- Conduct project risk assessments, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with QHSSE PLATFORM and client standards.
Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance- Provide subject-matter expertise in process safety, fire protection, inspections, ergonomics, and occupational safety.
- Review and validate project deliverables, reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all projects comply with ISO, OSHA, NFPA, and local regulatory frameworks.
Client Engagement- Act as the primary contact for operational project delivery in the assigned region.
- Attend site meetings and client reviews, resolving any technical or safety concerns.
- Support the development of corrective action plans when needed.
Team Leadership- Supervise and mentor regional HSE Advisors and field teams.
- Ensure teams follow project methodologies and safety procedures consistently.
- Build capacity and transfer knowledge to strengthen local HSE teams.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8–10 years experience in HSE operations, consultancy, or project management.
- Proven experience in supervising HSE site teams and delivering multi-industry projects.
- Strong knowledge of process safety, inspections, firefighting systems, and occupational safety management.
- Familiarity with GCC and Egypt regulations and international standards.
- Excellent leadership, client communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
