Position: Regional HR

Location: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and HR strategy.
• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for regional and critical positions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business and project teams.
• Drive employee relations, HR policies, organizational development, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Provide HR insights and support business decision-making.

Ideal Candidate:

• 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in EPC, Infrastructure, Energy, Construction, Engineering, Real estate, Data Center or OEM's.
• Strong combination of HRBP + Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience managing regional/multi-location HR operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• MBA/PGDM in HR.
