Job Description

Title : Regional Manager (MEA Region)

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Dubai

1. Role Overview

  • The Regional Manager (MEA Region) serves as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Client regional subsidiaries and headquarters, overseeing all operational aspects of Client within the MEA region. The role requires proactive communication with multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth issue resolution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the regional eCommerce ecosystem.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Client for subsidiaries across the MEA region.
  • Serve as a liaison between local subsidiaries and HQ development teams, ensuring efficient communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Analyze and address issues raised by subsidiaries via Jira, driving end-to-end issue management and follow-up.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities in operations, promotions, and display management, and coordinate improvement requests with HQ.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of issues and enhancement scopes covering areas such as:
  • Promotional planning and setup through Magento
  • Marketing data management via CMS
  • Order and data verification within Order Management System (OMS)
  • Data flow between Client OMS 3PL
  • Display configuration and content updates through AEM
  • Support the Regional HQ Operation team in tracking and managing issue lead times, identifying blockers, and analyzing recurring defects or performance patterns across subsidiaries.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written), with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with the ability to manage complex issue workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce operational flows, including data integration between platforms, OMS, 3PL, AEM, and both front-end and back-end systems.

4. Preferred Technical Knowledge

  • Magento (Promotion and Order Flow Management)
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (Content and Display Configuration)
  • Jira / Confluence (Issue and Knowledge Management)
