UnlockLand is a decision system, providing foundational configuration for development decisions in real estate development, enabling developers, investors, and public-sector partners to plan, evaluate, and optimize real estate projects with speed and precision.

The Role

AsRegional Manager, you will lead UnlockLand's growth and execution across your assigned territory owning strategic relationships, pipeline development, and deal progress acrossenterprise and public-sector stakeholders.

This role sits at the intersection ofbusiness development, customer relationships, market expansion, and partner management, ensuring UnlockLand wins, delivers, and expands in the region.

What You'll Do

Regional Growth & Market Expansion

  • Own regional growth strategy and go-to-market execution
  • Identify priority accounts, programs, and partnership opportunities

Enterprise & Government Relationship Management

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with developers, investors, consultants, and government entities
  • Drive executive-level conversations and long-term partnerships

Pipeline Development & Deal Execution

  • Generate and manage high-quality pipeline from outreach to signed agreements
  • Support pilots, proposal development, negotiations, and contract workflows

Customer Adoption & Expansion

  • Support onboarding and adoption for key accounts
  • Ensure customers see measurable outcomes and expand usage across teams

Partner Ecosystem Development

  • Build relationships with strategic partners (accelerators, ministries, consultancies, innovation hubs)
  • Coordinate co-marketing and joint pipeline initiatives

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to align delivery, feedback, and roadmap priorities
  • Share market insights to strengthen positioning and product direction

Who You Are

612+ years in regional leadership, partnerships, account management, or business development

Experience selling intoenterprise and/or governmentmarkets

Strong understanding of real estate, PropTech, smart cities, or infrastructure projects

Confident communicator with executive presence

Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple deals at once

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and building processes from scratch

Passion for AI-powered decision-making and real estate innovation

Bonus: Experience in MENA, Vision 2030 ecosystem, or large-scale development programs
