The Role
As Regional Manager, you will lead UnlockLand's growth and execution across your assigned territory — owning strategic relationships, pipeline development, and deal progress across enterprise and public-sector stakeholders.
This role sits at the intersection of business development, customer relationships, market expansion, and partner management, ensuring UnlockLand wins, delivers, and expands in the region.

Who You Are
✅ 6–12+ years in regional leadership, partnerships, account management, or business development
✅ Experience selling into enterprise and/or government markets
✅ Strong understanding of real estate, PropTech, smart cities, or infrastructure projects
✅ Confident communicator with executive presence
✅ Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple deals at once
✅ Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and building processes from scratch
✅ Passion for AI-powered decision-making and real estate innovation
⭐ Bonus: Experience in MENA, Vision 2030 ecosystem, or large-scale development programs
