Regional Marketing Manager (Iran, Turkey, Afghanistan)

Fluent Farsi & English (written and spoken).

Location: Dubai office

A fast-growing FinTech (FX Trading) is looking for an experienced marketer who knows how to build strong working relationships with business partners and help them succeed. This role blends hands-on , tactical marketing campaign work with account management. You will support partners, guide them through what they need, and make sure their voice is heard inside the business. Your feedback will help shape improvements, streamline processes, and push performance forward.

What You Will Do

  • Campaign Execution, review and adapt marketing assets, digital ads, social media post and email campaigns ensuring quality, relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Work closely with business partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Support with marketing activity and ensure they have what they need to deliver results.
  • Gather feedback from partners, analyse recurring issues, and share insights with internal teams to improve workflows and drive better outcomes.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, digital activity, and local initiatives across the region. (Iran, Turkey, Afghanistan)
  • Track performance, report on results, and highlight areas where partners can grow.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, manage expectations, and keep everyone aligned on priorities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Solid experience in marketing, preferably in Finance, FinTech, or similar fast-paced sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as social, SEO, email, and paid media.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to build trust and maintain productive partner relationships.
  • Confident communicator who can simplify information, manage expectations, and handle multiple stakeholders.

  • Comfortable gathering insights, spotting trends, and sharing clear recommendations.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with emerging markets or FX trading environments.
  • Experience using CMS, CRM, or marketing automation tools.
  • Basic analytical or reporting experience.
