Job Title: GCC Marketing Manager

We are partnering with a leading international education group to appoint a GCC Marketing Manager to oversee marketing strategy and execution across multiple schools in the GCC.
The Role:
You will take ownership of all marketing activity across a portfolio of premium international schools in the GCC. You will work closely with school leadership, admissions teams, and regional stakeholders to drive enrolment growth through integrated, high-quality marketing.
This role requires regular travel across GCC countries and close on-the-ground collaboration with the local teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for each school aligned to regional objectives
- Own all marketing channels: digital, social, website, events, PR, and offline
- Lead regional and school-level campaigns to drive awareness, enquiries, and conversions
- Partner closely with Admissions and Parent Experience teams to support enrolment targets
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all communications and materials
- Manage agencies and regional marketing resources to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Track and report on performance using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid media dashboards
- Support new school launches and regional brand initiatives as the portfolio expands
About You
- Experience in 360 marketing, ideally within a multi-site or regional role
- Experience managing marketing across multiple markets or locations
- Strong understanding of campaign management, digital marketing, and brand communications
- Proven ability to drive lead generation and conversion, not just awareness
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and non-marketing teams
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
- Arabic language skills are highly advantageous
- Willing and able to travel regularly across the GCC
