We are currently recruiting a dedicated driven Regional Marketing Manager to join our team based in our office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

About the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for setting the marketing (Trade & Shopper & Category & Digital) strategy for the OMRON Healthcare business in the region of responsibility, creating annual plans, managing regional budgets, tracking activation & performance, supporting commercial teams in KPI delivery & business growth. This position is perfect for a creative but commercially minded, ambitious professional who is eager to make a real impact.

Key activities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Create regional marketing strategies, analyse market trends with actionable insights, develop annual omnichannel and trade plans with the commercial team to drive growth.
  • Category & Trade Marketing: Develop strategies for product mix, pricing, and promotions; oversee in-store activities and category development by collaborating with business partners and the commercial team on activity schedules, joint planning, and compelling trade narratives.
  • Digital & Brand Activation: Manage and collaborate with central digital marketing to evolve brand propositions, design and production of promotional materials and digital assets and oversee OMRON's presence at trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Performance & Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets for maximum investment returns, review campaign results to suggest improvements, and work with external agencies for efficient project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with commercials teams and business partners on marketing materials, training and pharmacy tools. In addition, collaborate with Medical Marketing for pharmacy training and HCP activities (workshops, webinars).

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, marketing or similar
  • A minimum of 4 - years of relevant experience in FMCG or healthcare sector within a multinational envrioment
  • Experience in trade marketing, category & shopper marketing, omnichannel marketing, budget management
  • Strong analytical thinking & drive for success
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
  • Pharmacy channel experience is a plus
  • Online/e-commerce experience is a plus
  • Arabic / French language is a plus
