Your Role in VT Markets
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across the MENA region. This role is designed for an experienced marketing leader with a deep understanding of the Forex and financial trading industry, capable of driving growth through regionalized strategies, acquisition-focused campaigns, and brand-building initiatives that align with our global objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring the company's brand presence and client acquisition goals are achieved in competitive MENA markets.

A strong understanding of SCA regulatory frameworks and experience operating under licensed or representative office structures in the UAE is mandatory. The ideal candidate blends deep regional market knowledge with business development acumen, go-to-market execution, and leadership capabilities to scale performance across diverse MENA markets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in Forex, CFD, FinTech, or online trading environments.
  • Proven success in developing and executing data-driven acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Deep understanding of SCA regulations and brokerage compliance requirements across UAE and GCC markets.
  • Experience working within licensed brokerage entities or representative office structures.
  • SCA certification or relevant regulatory licensing (strong advantage).
  • In-depth knowledge of MENA markets, trading audiences, and regional growth dynamics.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing initiatives to revenue and deposit growth.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy for MENA, focusing on brand growth, lead acquisition, and trader retention.
  • Act as the strategic extension of the Country Director, translating global marketing objectives into localized initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify regional opportunities, client behaviors, and competitor trends within the Forex and CFD industry.
  • Define regional growth priorities and create actionable plans to achieve client acquisition and deposit targets.
  • Lead the implementation of 360 marketing campaigns (digital, influencers, affiliates, and offline events) optimized for conversion and ROI.
  • Collaborate with local partners, affiliates, and introducing brokers (IBs) to support acquisition and engagement campaigns.
  • Drive data-led marketing decisions through A/B testing, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Build and strengthen the brand's presence and reputation across MENA markets through localized messaging and content.
  • Ensure all campaigns and materials align with regional culture, language, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Manage PR, sponsorships, and event participation to enhance visibility and credibility within the trading community.
  • Oversee production of marketing assets such as video campaigns, seminars, and offline events.
  • Coordinate with media buying, creative, and agency partners to ensure consistent delivery of impactful campaigns.
  • Support community engagement initiatives and trader-focused events that strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor local marketing specialists or external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Report directly to the Country Director on performance results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
