Job Description

  • Event Strategy and Planning:
    • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Manager to develop a comprehensive event strategy tailored to the region's goals and target audience.
    • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and product launch events.
  • Event Logistics and Execution:
    • Oversee the logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
    • Ensure a seamless and successful event experience for attendees and participants.
  • Content and Presentation:
    • Work closely with the content team to develop engaging presentations, promotional materials, and collateral for events.
    • Coordinate with speakers, presenters, and trainers to ensure their needs are met and the content is on-brand.
  • Promotion and Outreach:
    • Develop event-specific marketing campaigns to generate interest and attendance.
    • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing and social media, to reach the target audience.
  • Post-Event Analysis:
    • Collect and analyze data on event success, including attendee feedback, lead generation, and ROI.
    • Use insights to continually improve event strategies and processes.
  • Networking and Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain relationships with event partners, stakeholders, and key opinion leaders in the industry.
    • Leverage these relationships to maximize the impact of events.
  • Budget Management:
    • Assist in the budget planning and management for event-related activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and management, ideally from an events company or marketing agency.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing software tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • A passion for the events industry and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Willingness to travel for events and meetings as needed.
