Our Client is a Multinational food & beverage machinery manufacturer. Based at their regional office in Dubai, this role will be responsible for installation, commissioning and optimization of the aftersales related projects including retrofits across the MENA region.
Job Scope for the role:
- Planning, scheduling, budgeting and delivery of after-sales linked retrofit service projects
- Ensuring timely delivery, installation, commissioning and handover to customers
- Working closely with internal teams, sales, finance, engineering and logistics, to ensure smooth and timely project execution as per company's global standards and procedures
- Managing commercial negotiations involving sub-contractors and their work delivery
- Ensuring compliance with regional, local & international health, safety & other requirements
- Recommending maintenance service contracts & quotations, spare parts, repairs & upgrades
- Managing all related technical issues and capacity optimization as per customer needs
- Ensuring effective & prompt communication with headquarters, manufacturing, customers & regional teams
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical & project management PMP
- Experience of 7 to 10 years in project management involving After Sales Services & Retrofit
- Technical Industry knowledge - Food & Beverages or packaging industries preferred
- Fluency in Arabic or French or German language a plus
- Flexibility to travel to regional work sites
- Working knowledge of SAP is a plus
