Regional Recruiter Speciaist

We're looking for a Regional Recruitment Specialist with 12 years of experience in technical recruitment and regional hiring to join our team on a 6-month project basis.

The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.

Basic knowledge of personnel tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and regional roles.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using various platforms.
• Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers.
• Prepare and extend job offers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Support basic personnel tasks when needed.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in recruitment (tech & regional hiring preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently.
• Basic understanding of personnel work is a plus.
• Eager to learn and grow within HR.
